Cedro, which received its name in honor of the emblematic tree that dominates the terrace of Quinta do Noval, is an authentic expression of the Douro. This wine is a blend with a light golden color. The aroma is intense and fresh, with mineral, fruity and floral notes accompanied of a delicate touch of vanilla. It fulfills our mouth and gives a sense of freshness due to its refreshing acidity. It has a long aftertaste with slight notes of wood. Excellent wine for grilled fish and white meats.
