The structuring variety of the blend is Touriga Franca. Garnet color with violet rim. It presents the typical characteristics of the Touriga Franca variety with exuberant floral notes of rockrose and violets, but also some less obvious suggestions of spices, eucalyptus and wild berries. Very vigorous on the palate, spicy, generous and full of claw, with touches of black cherry, blackberry and subtle notes of black chocolate. Firm but simultaneously round with a persistent aftertaste.
